    About the Future Leaders in Care Programme:

    The Future Leaders in Care programme is a practical training course for Staffordshire residents (excluding Stoke-on-Trent), focusing on key areas such as care planning, leadership, communication, and safeguarding. Through weekly online sessions, participants will learn essential skills for leading in the care environment.

    This programme is ideal for individuals who are 19 or older, have access to a computer and internet, and can commit to a weekly three-hour session. Upon completion, participants will receive a CPD at Work accredited certificate, recognising their dedication and the skills they've gained.

    It's a straightforward way to build on your professional abilities and make a positive impact in your career in care.

    To be eligible for this programme learners need to:

    • be 19 years of age or older.
    • reside in Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-on-Trent).
    • have access to a computer and internet for online sessions.
    • be able to commit to attending a weekly three-hour session every Tuesday morning from 9 AM to 12 PM throughout the 10-week course.
    The Future Leaders in Care programme is fully funded for residents of Staffordshire through the Staffordshire Community Learning Framework. It offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills in the care sector at no personal cost.

    This funding covers the entire cost of the programme, including access to all materials and the final certification. It's an excellent opportunity for eligible individuals to advance their careers without financial barriers.

    The Future Leaders in Care programme kicks off on the 22nd of April. Sessions run every Tuesday morning from 9 AM to 12 PM, allowing participants to engage in live, interactive learning without disrupting their work week.
